1. You can access the area by presenting the ticket purchased online or directly on site.

2. Tickets purchased cannot be refunded but are transferable. There are no discounts or special offers for categories or groups.

3. Access to the area is only possible on the date and time indicated on the purchase confirmation. In the event of a sell-out, priority will be given to those who purchased tickets online.

4. Minors must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Admission is FREE for children under 1 year old.

5. Smoking is prohibited in all areas except the designated smoking area.

6. Bringing in and consuming outside food is prohibited, with the exception of children under 12 months. Food and drinks can be purchased at the refreshment stand inside the area.

7. Dogs are allowed, provided they are on a leash and have a shovel and bag for any needs.

8. It is forbidden to damage the pumpkins or any other elements present within the area.

9. It is mandatory to respect the designated routes within the area: once you leave, you will not be able to re-enter.

10. The area will remain open in all weather conditions. It is therefore recommended that you bring appropriate clothing.

11. Throughout the event, audio, video, and photographic recordings will be taken for the purpose of promoting the event, including portraits of groups of people. These images may be reused for print campaigns, websites, and social media channels for the SMART SPACE area and gallery.
